Every day, you'll interact with a diverse range of guests, from casual players to international visitors. You'll assist with check-ins, provide information about our facilities and events, and ensure our guests have everything they need for a fantastic padel experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves sports, enjoys meeting new people, and has a knack for creating memorable experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they step into our club.
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide information about our facilities, events, and special offers.
• Promote our club's events, workshops, and social activities to our guests.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions our guests may have.
• Assist with setting up and managing the club's social media presence, sharing updates and engaging with our community.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including the reception area and common spaces.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of our guest experience programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field, ideally within a sports or social setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
• Passion for padel and a strong understanding of the sport, including its rules and etiquette.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Enthusiasm for creating a welcoming and inclusive community environment.
• Ability to lift and carry light to moderate weights, and stand for prolonged periods.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the club's operations.
