📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor crop health and implement necessary measures to prevent and control pests and diseases.
• Develop and execute resource allocation strategies to ensure optimal use of water, fertilizers, and other inputs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to plantation management.
• Lead and mentor a team of plantation control officers, providing guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plantation management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plantation control systems and best practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with GIS software and remote sensing tools for land management.
