📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of bauxite mines, ensuring efficient and safe extraction processes.
• Develop and implement mining plans, including drilling, blasting, and hauling activities.
• Monitor and optimize equipment performance to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bauxite mining operations.

• Familiarity with mining software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and Vulcan.
