• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of retreat activities and events.
• Manage and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate guest check-in and out processes, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Plan and execute special events, workshops, and retreats, aligning with the center's mission and goals.
• Monitor and optimize resource usage, including staffing, facilities, and budget.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the wellness or retreat industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and team members.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with event planning software such as Cvent or Eventbrite.
• Certification in First Aid and Emergency Response is a plus.
