Field Engineer Oil & Gas

PT Mitra Tata Lingkungan Baru is seeking a dedicated Field Engineer Oil & Gas to join our dynamic team in Babakan Madang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our field projects by planning, coordinating, and supervising various activities. As a Field Engineer Oil & Gas, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of projects, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for field operations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Supervise field activities, including equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve operational efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field engineering, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven track record of managing field projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
