📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of 8-10 Business Staff, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the regional manager.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute advertising campaigns that drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.
• Work closely with the regional manager to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Represent the company at client meetings and events, building strong relationships and maintaining a positive brand image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the advertising or marketing industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with advertising software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
