📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Evaluate training needs and develop training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs are integrated into the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
