📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop a team of sales consultants, providing training, coaching, and mentoring as needed.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Provide expert advice on product selection and merchandising strategies to retail partners.,Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve company sales targets.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback and support to the sales team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales goals are aligned with overall business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of retail industry and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Experience in managing and developing a sales team.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
