📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute voyages, including route planning, fuel management, and cargo handling.,Maintain and inspect the vessel and its equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Supervise and mentor junior crew members, fostering a safe and productive work environment.,Coordinate with shore-based teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and communication.,Monitor and report on vessel performance, fuel consumption, and other key metrics.,Handle emergency situations and respond to incidents according to established procedures.,Ensure compliance with maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MML) or equivalent.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Strong knowledge of navigation, ship handling, and maritime regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Familiarity with ship management systems and software.,Previous experience in a similar role with a reputable company is a plus.
