📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and enforce safety protocols and procedures for logistics and fleet operations.,Conduct regular safety inspections of fleet vehicles and operational areas.,Ensure compliance with APAD ICOP standards and regulations.,Develop and implement safety training programs for staff.,Monitor and report on safety incidents and near-misses.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety standards.,Ensure that all safety equipment and supplies are adequately maintained and available.,Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of safety measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Certification in APAD ICOP compliance or a similar safety management standard is preferred.,Proven experience in safety supervision or coordination in the logistics or transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with fleet management software and safety management systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
