PT Wisesa Kusuma is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our remote operations in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
