PT Kencana Emas is looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Provide training and support to end-users.,Document and maintain IT procedures and policies.,Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.,Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
