📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.,Manage and analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance.,Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and sales.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to network with industry professionals.,Monitor and adjust marketing strategies based on performance metrics and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other marketing software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for retail.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
