In this role, you'll work closely with our engineering and quality control teams to develop and maintain systems that support our production processes. You'll also play a key role in implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, ensuring our operations align with international standards. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll help streamline our IPQC (Integrated Product Quality Control) processes, enhancing overall product quality and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and optimize ERP systems to support our production and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain systems that enhance our manufacturing processes.
• Play a key role in implementing ESG initiatives, ensuring our operations meet international standards.
• Streamline IPQC processes to improve product quality and compliance.
• Support system engineers in maintaining and troubleshooting our technical infrastructure.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide Mandarin language support to our global team, facilitating effective communication.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related role, with a strong background in ERP systems, ESG, IPQC, or system engineering.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of ESG standards and best practices.
• Understanding of IPQC processes and quality control methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
