📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing training and support as needed.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, making data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of restaurant services with overall healthcare operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
