📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.,Manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support.,Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications, adhering to patient prescriptions and safety protocols.,Monitor inventory levels and order new medications as needed to maintain adequate stock.,Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of pharmacy records.,Provide pharmaceutical consultations to patients and healthcare professionals.,Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical trends, regulations, and technologies.,Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.,Certification as a Registered Pharmacist (SIPA) is preferred.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian pharmacy regulations and standards.
