📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the work of junior data entry staff, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.

Train and mentor junior staff on data entry best practices.

Ensure all data is entered correctly and in accordance with company policies.

Monitor and report on data entry progress and accuracy.

Identify and resolve data entry issues and discrepancies.

Maintain and update data entry systems and processes.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related field.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Familiarity with data management systems and processes.
