📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.,Manage a team of banquet staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Ensure the banquet area is clean, organized, and ready for events.,Handle client inquiries and ensure their needs are met.,Monitor event budgets and ensure they are adhered to.,Prepare and present event reports to clients and management.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations for event spaces.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
