📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
