📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and management of the department.,Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure high-quality service delivery, adhering to hotel standards and guest expectations.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Monitor departmental performance, setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).,Manage the department's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Promote and uphold the hotel's values, culture, and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
