📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and other special occasions.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all necessary arrangements are made.,Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and catering.,Oversee the execution of events, ensuring they run smoothly and according to schedule.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Handle event documentation and follow-up tasks post-event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning or banquet services is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software is an asset.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
