📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the retail sales process to ensure smooth operations.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.,Assist in stock management and inventory control to maintain optimal product availability.,Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.,Assist in training and mentoring new retail staff to ensure high service standards.,Participate in promotional activities and sales events to boost product sales.,Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless retail operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,English language skills are a plus.
