📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
