📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet activities.,Monitor and maintain fleet records and documentation.,Support the fleet supervisor in managing vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Provide administrative support to the fleet department.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for fleet activities.,Support the fleet supervisor in managing fuel and other operational costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
