📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and pay invoices accurately and on time using SAP and other accounting software.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update vendor master data in our system.
• Prepare and submit monthly payables reports to management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Handle vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
• Participate in audits and reviews as required.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate or recent accounting graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with SAP or other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
