Smart Store Lestari is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of optimizing warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped in a timely and cost-effective manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse maintenance.,Ensure that all warehouse processes are compliant with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt and storage of inventory.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory management and control.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
