CV Bumi Restu is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.,Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Stock and organize inventory to ensure proper display and availability of products.,Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.,Assist with any additional tasks as needed, such as opening and closing the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
