📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and prospects.,Generate high-quality leads through outbound and inbound sales techniques.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
