📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide expert tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and resolution of tax issues.
• Ensure compliance with the latest tax regulations and laws.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Prepare and present tax reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.
• Participate in professional development activities and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a focus on tax planning and compliance.
• Professional tax qualification (e.g., CTA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
