📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the development and maintenance of Indonesian language resources, including dictionaries, translation tools, and other language-related materials.,Ensure that all language resources meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address language-related issues and opportunities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and accuracy of our Indonesian language resources.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of our language resources, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of language technology and apply this knowledge to our Indonesian language resources.,Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and grow in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Language Studies, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in language resource management, development, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian language, including its grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuances.,Experience with language technology tools and platforms, such as translation memory systems, terminology management tools, and machine translation systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address language-related issues and opportunities.,Fluency in English is required.
