🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
