As a Housekeeping & Front Desk Associate at RESERVE COZYTAINER SDN BHD, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is seamless. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our guest rooms and public areas, using industry-standard tools like EzeeHouse for room inspections and FrontDesk for guest interactions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional front desk services, including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and reservations.
• Perform daily room inspections and maintenance using EzeeHouse to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist in managing guest requests and complaints to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms are cleaned and prepared for the next guest.
• Use FrontDesk to manage guest data, bookings, and payments efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment in public areas such as lobbies, restaurants, and pools.
• Assist in organizing and participating in team meetings and training sessions.
• Contribute to the overall guest satisfaction by ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or front desk roles in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using EzeeHouse and FrontDesk software.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Bali.
• Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
