📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems
- Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance principles and practices
- Familiarity with SAP and SAP PM is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
