📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the clinic's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Manage the clinic's payroll, including processing employee payments and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve the clinic's financial performance.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and labor laws.
