📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Support the Operational Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating business activities.,Oversee and manage operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and policies.,Provide operational support during meetings and presentations.,Handle any additional duties as assigned by the Operational Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational or managerial role.,Strong understanding of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
